The company was founded by Mr. Anil Sharan Garg 3 decades back, with the vision of establishing an enterprise which manufactures and sells supreme quality products under an arrangement involving various national level organisations.
At present, Shilpa Agencies has a diverse business extending in Thermo Bonded Polyester Polyfill, Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) chips, pillows, mattresses, comforters, cushions, bolsters etc.

Founder’s Story
Mr. Anil Sharan Garg, the visionary behind the success of Shilpa Agencies, is a renowned name in the market with high regards amongst his patrons & colleagues.
Initiated his journey in 1977-80 with the resale business of Readymade Textile Garments with Mr. K.S. Bharadwaj.
Joined the family’s Petroleum business under the company name Anil Sharan Garg & Bros. (Mother Firm Founded in 1966 by his father Late Mr. Mukut Sharan Garg) in the year 1981 which is currently lead and managed by Mr. Sunil Sharan Garg & Bharat Sharan Garg (Younger brother & Nephew).
1982 – Shilpa Trading – Chemicals as dealers of Crescent Dyes and Chemicals (Firm of ICI) Further taken over by Croda Chemicals.
1985 – Dyes business with Atul Limited.
1992-95 – Founded MB Exports with Mr. Sudhir Sharan Garg (Younger Brother) (Leather Export Business lead successfully by Mayank Sharan Garg and Shashank Sharan Garg S/o Sudhir Sharan Garg).
Mr. Garg’s years of experience in business speaks volumes of his expertise. Along with his son Mr. Aditya Sharan Garg, he is currently presiding over the business at Shilpa Agencies.
